Queen of the USA
After writing my post about French Maid TV yesterday I realized something… the statistics that I quoted for those sexy french maids being #13 and Rocketboom being #23 on iTunes were somewhat false. I realized last night that there are different versions of iTunes for different countries and that those statistics were Canadian statistics.
On the Canadian statistics, Rocketboom is the number one news podcast (beating all mainstream Canadian news podcasts) and Kitkast is nowhere to be found in the top 100 podcasts. However, in the UK and Germany Kitkast surpasses even Rocketboom on the top 100.
This morning I got an e-mail from an old friend telling me that he has started a new rock band in Scotland and that he wrote a song called Queen of the USA. It turns out the first line of the song goes “Hot bitch Kitka she’s the Queen of the USA.”
How cool is that…
