Capitalism must win, simply take your products to other auction sites. In the UK the EU is ever trying to steal peoples' money when they have the nerve of selling products on the internet. As making a profit on eBay isn't easy, looking at other auction sites is a wiser move - there must be many in the US. These sites have a Adult Section where you have to have a credit card etc to browse - something so simple, eBay should do the same. NOTE eBay do not look for "porn-sellers" but rather members of the public report the porn-sellers to eBay; eBay have no system of spotting these sorts of rule-violators and rather they are dependent on 'complaints'.
